Ashley N. McGhee is an Associate with Mowery Consulting Group, L.L.C. She graduated from The University of Mississippi in 2008, where she received a B.A. in English with a minor in Political Science. Ashley was a valuable component of the Field Staff for now-Congressman Bobby Bright’s historic election in 2008. Ashley was key to keeping the targeting information accurate, getting teams into the field, and managing a large and disparate field operation that included phone banking and door knocking aspects of the field work in 6 counties.
She continued her work with David and Patrick in 2009 on the successful campaign to elect Todd Strange Mayor of Montgomery, AL — as Field Director, her team was integral to now-Mayor Strange being elected without a runoff. Ashley proved her skills by executing a well-oiled field program that cultivated systematic, highly organized and productive Field Teams consisting of almost 30 canvassers. Through her tailored program the teams were able to visit over 5,000 households in the city of Montgomery. Additionally, Ashley oversaw the phone banking effort. By administering the “bigger picture” and through the hard work of the individuals, the phone bank effort was able to call almost 6,000 voters and retrieve data.
Utilizing her organizational expertise, Ashley works with Mowery Consulting Group to help candidates initiate fund raising campaigns — insuring that our candidates meet their budgets and spend it effectively on Money, Message and Media.
In her spare time, Ashley enjoys spending time with friends and her cat Bacchus, returning to Ole Miss and keeping up with the Rebels. Hotty Toddy!
